What I do to take care of my body is to practice exercise once or twice a week, but I also try to make a balanced diet since having a balanced diet is very essential for our body since we can have energy and be healthy. 

Another very important point to take care of my body is knowing how to invest time in different activities in my case to exercise, do homework, among other extra activities. 

But thanks to all the activities I do, I have had to learn to know how to do the activities without causing that to affect my sleep or my bedtime.

But I feel that I could improve in the activities about the organization of my time and could add some hours of reading and that would serve to improve my health and maybe I could also organize my time to take some kind of painting or play some instrument.
